Test smoke & carbon monoxide detectors & replace batteries as needed
Visual inspection of HVAC system (visible components)
Visual inspection of plumbing fixtures for leaks or corrosion
Light fixtures and switches for proper function
Electrical outlets for GFCI reset
Doors & windows for alignment and locking
Tighten loose door knobs, handles, and hardware
Inspection of visible attic and crawlspace for leaks or pests
Inspect and winterize hose bibs
General “Home Health Check” report emailed after each visit

SKĀL Construction Group reserves the right to adjust pricing for licensed trade work (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) when subcontractor assistance is required.The monthly membership rate applies to homes up to 3,500 sq ft.
For homes exceeding this size, an additional fee of $0.02 per sq ft per month will be added to the subscription.
Final pricing will be calculated based on the total heated/cooled living square footage of the property.
