At The Harlowe Apartments, SKĀL Construction Group completed a full renovation of the community center to create a modern and functional space for residents. The project included converting the existing industrial kitchen into a tenant movie theater, adding a fully equipped gym, building a new kitchen within the community center, and installing storage lockers for added convenience. Beyond the community spaces, the entire exterior of the property was painted, and apartment units were upgraded with granite countertops and modern fixtures, giving the complex a fresh, contemporary look and significantly enhancing the tenant experience.
