These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SKĀL Construction Group LLC ("Skal Construction," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to your use of our website at skalconstructiongroup.com, our related landing pages and forms, our text messaging program, and our construction services (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Our Services
Skal Construction provides commercial and residential construction services. The scope of work, schedule, price, and warranty for any project are set out in a separate written proposal or construction contract signed by you and Skal Construction. If a signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract controls for the project it covers. Nothing on our website is an offer to perform work.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, request an estimate, or hire us. If you submit a request on behalf of a business or property owner, you confirm that you have authority to do so. Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. Consultations and Estimates
Requesting a consultation or estimate does not obligate you to hire us, and it does not obligate Skal Construction to accept a project. Estimates are based on the information available at the time, are not binding, and may change after a site visit, a change in scope, or a change in material or labor costs. Appointment times are subject to availability.
5. Fees, Payment, and Cancellations

6. Website Content, Timelines, and Project Photos
Information on our website is for general purposes only and is not construction, engineering, or legal advice. Photos, renderings, and past project examples show completed work for other clients and are not a promise of identical results, pricing, or timelines. Project schedules depend on factors outside our control, including weather, permitting, inspections, and material availability.
7. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program description. If you opt in, Skal Construction will send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Non-marketing messages include confirmations of your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, and replies to your questions about our services. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotions, special offers, and company updates.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the optional consent box on our website form and submitting your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not required to request an estimate or to purchase any service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, submit the form again or text START.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in DeSoto, Texas.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed proposal or construction contract, are the entire agreement between you and Skal Construction regarding the Services.
