SKĀL Construction Group completed a full tenant build-out for a Work Out Anytime franchise, transforming an empty shell space into a modern, fully equipped fitness center. The scope included complete framing and drywall, installation of specialized gym flooring, extensive electrical and lighting upgrades, HVAC systems, and custom millwork. We also constructed locker rooms with restrooms and showers, along with a wellness suite featuring a sauna, tanning room, massage chair lounge, and red light therapy room. The result is a turnkey facility built to franchise standards, providing a premium fitness experience for members.
